- Keep a reliable rest plan. Get up simultaneously consistently, even on ends of the week or during excursions.
- Set a sleep time schedule that is early enough to get in any event at least 8 hours of rest.
- Don't go to bed unless you are sleepy.
- if you don't get fall asleep in 20 minutes, get up.
- Build up a flexible sleep time schedule.
- skip naps from your daily routine.
- Keep the room at an agreeable, cool temperature.
- avoid bright lights in the nights.
- Try not to eat heavy meal before sleep time. In the event that you are ravenous around evening time, eat a light food.
- Eat early and exercise daily.
- if you are not getting sleep clear your mind for 10 seconds by imagining a relaxing scene.
- Experts have recommended that adults gets about 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night.
