HEALTHY SLEEP HABITS

         " A good laugh and a long sleep are the two best cures for anything"

  • Keep a reliable rest plan. Get up simultaneously consistently, even on ends of the week or during excursions. 
  • Set a sleep time schedule that is early enough  to get in any event at least 8 hours of rest. 
  • Don't go to bed unless you are sleepy.
  • if you don't get fall asleep in 20 minutes, get up. 
  • Build up a flexible sleep time schedule. 
  • skip naps from your daily routine.
  • Keep the room at an agreeable, cool temperature. 
  • avoid bright lights in the nights. 
  • Try not to eat heavy meal before sleep time. In the event that you are ravenous around evening time, eat a light food.
  • Eat early and exercise daily.
  • if you are not getting sleep clear your mind for 10 seconds by imagining a relaxing scene.
  • Experts have recommended that adults gets about 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night.
