Good skin care is necessary and play a vital role to helps your skin stay
in good condition. You’re shedding skin cells
throughout the day, so it's important to keep your skin glowing and in good condition. An effective daily
routine can help prevent acne, treat wrinkles, and help keep your skin looking its best and enhance
your skin glow.
While a skin care routine may sound like high
maintenance and it take too much time etc but in reality, the steps for healthy
skin are not only necessary, they’re easy to implement too.
1. Cleanse. Cleansing removes makeup, grime and excess oil to help keep your skin looking clear and fresh
2. Toner. This is a step that's often overlooked but is one of our favorites
3. Moisturize your skin with a good moisturizer on daily basis especially in winters.
- POP A PIMPLE PROPERLY
Follow the steps for pop a pimple properly,
- using your fingers, or a cotton swab
- Softly squeeze the pimple
- Press around (not on) the tip
- If the pus doesn't come out easily, the pimple isn't ready to be popped. Stop!
- Carrots (protect your skin from the sun's rays)
- Spinach ( wonderful source of iron, folate, chlorophyll, Vitamin E, magnesium, Vitamin A, fiber, plant protein, and Vitamin C)
- Tomatoes (full of antioxidants including vitamin C)
- Beans (They are a good source of Niacin (vitamin B3) and Pantothenic, which are essential for a healthy and beautiful skin
- Nuts(provide essential fatty acids which act as a natural moisturizer for your skin)
